Houstonians, Which Would You Rather Have?

Definitely a World Series since the Rockets have already won

 

i immediately voted for NBA championship, but i'd like to change it slightly. if bagwell and biggio are still on the team, then i want an astros world series. those guys deserve it after all these years and i want them to win it so badly. however, if they aren't on the team at some point, then it goes back to rockets with a pretty big lead, and then the astros with an even bigger lead over the texans.

 

I'm shocked big time, Rox and Astros are neck and neck with the Texans a distant 3rd. I guess they just haven't been here long enough to build that loyalty, but I definately thought Tx was Football country with a capital F.

For the record I voted WS...Texans 2nd...Rox can be a back burner thing since they already have a couple hanging from the rafters.

 

The Rockets are the reason why I watch ANY sports... Got to go with the NBA

 

Personally? NBA. The Texans are too new, while baseball has never done it for me (even though this year's run was cool).

Guessing for the whole city:
1. Super Bowl - far and away, especially if it involved beating Bud Adams

2. World Series - The Astros have a lot of tradition and fans because of the 80's and late 90's. The hype from the past year may make this *seem* like #1, but I agree with whoever said to ask this question in two years. I think this is #2.

3. NBA Championship - lots of Rockets fans with fond memories of the 90s, but I think if you ask the casual H-town fan he'd want to spread the championship wealth.

 

AGREED
