This is funny because I've been following "JoJo" and Jackson's channel for a few months for information about real estate in Houston. Jackson's been doing these channels and "Living In" gigs for while. He even has a book about it. I'm guessing he's banking. What always cracks me up is that he's only lived in the Houston area for a handful of years (?) so you can tell his unfamiliarity with some of the areas/history of the areas, but he (usually) admits this in the way he words things. Then, you can tell he comes from the West Coast, because he throws "the" in front of every freeway...
