    He was talking about Carmelo playing for the Rockets and adjusting his workout to 3s and baskets at the rim. That's something. I think you're right about taking his opinion on his shape with a grain of salt, but changing the workout this summer means he's probably 95% sure going to be a Rocket.

    It's all coming together.

    After 15 seasons in the NBA he has finally found a capable trainer who will also happen to get him in the best shape of his career, which will lead to the best offense in the NBA, and him finally playing defense as well.

    Right when the Rockets are finally able to sign him as well.

    He is not a Rocket. His trainer is not a Rocket. Rockets have no player whose name starts with "A" except the Ryno.

    I don't want him to change his game. We didn't sign Trevor Ariza. I do want you to practice threes, learn the offense, but play your game. We need a superstar with impact, not someone who going to fill a role.

    I wasn’t much of a Melo guy until I found out we were getting him for free 1 year after he nearly cost us Eric Gordon and future first round picks to NY...

    Considering we are getting the player at present, and the issues that Karl talked about, have plagued him through out his career, I think I will keep my signature as it is.

    He's right. We were the best scoring team last season and the addition of Carmelo makes us worse that we are no longer the sure-fire best scoring team.
