    I have heard that the Chron is the largest local paper in the US that has never won a Pulitzer. It's really gone downhill even more in the last few years.

    Also, there's nothing to the print version. A weekday version Chron of today is about the same size as the weekday version of the Baytown Sun circa 1986. Meanwhile today's Baytown Sun is about the size of a post card. The shrinking American newspaper...
