Haven’t watched that yet but it advertises having the Astros radio broadcast as an option for every game so I assume so.
Another record set by the Astros on their way to their World Series win: http://www.espn.com/chalk/story/_/i...-baseball-loss-las-vegas-sportsbooks-november
I felt every time Altuve hit a homerun, correa hit one right behind him. How many times has the record happened in post season history? we had 3 or 4 back to back homeruns by those two right? maybe the highlights are fooling me.
Altuve and Correa hit back to back HRs in the playoffs once. 10th inning of game 2 of the World Series.
If you look at the links in the article, they mention Bettor X's run... which resulted in $10 million or so of the money the sports books ultimately lost. He won a lot of money in each of the Dodgers wins (games 1, 4, 6), so it wasn't just the Astros who were responsible. They also lost all of Mattress Mac's bets... but that was only because he was hedging against the $10 million he was poised to lose in refunds.
Thank you Astros. I’m going to pop in a game every time the Rockets play without Chris Paul. Looks like it will be game 2 tomorrow night.
My wife and I watched game 5 on Christmas day. It was SO MUCH FUN to watch it without having to worry about the outcome. I felt the butterflies anyway!!
Recorded a couple of MLB Network's postgame broadcasts (ALCS Game 7 and WS Game 2). It's great just watching those -- the stats, predictions, interviews, and celebration. Have watched each about 10x.
The fact that we beat the Los Angeles Dodgers the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox on our way to our first title in franchise history is so incredibly satisfying
