How is a fully guaranteed 3 year, $4.2M deal not mutually beneficial?? The money isn't exorbitant, but still nice for a guy who wasn't even able to stay on a roster before last month. And the full guarantee is his reward for busting his ass, and earning the right to be a key piece on this team.
The full guarantee is great . But it also locks him up at the min . I would do a two year deal . That way if he continues to play well he can hit FA earlier .
Seems like someone else played that game of chicken with Morey. . .. Does Danuel know his rights?. . .
This is why i have stated time and time again.. that the Rockets wont move on that front until after the trade deadline and buyout market has dried up... if there is money to give at that point... then i imagine the offer will increase.
Yep. The rockets are waiting for the trade deadline and the buyout market to be over. If they have more money than the minimum to spend on House at that point, they will make it.
now I want to see a thread titled "Harden wants to stay in Houston," that other thread's got me scared
Don't worry, Houston's combined score of Best Steakhouses and Best Strip Clubs across the US has us in a good position. In fact, here's the Judge's Score for Houston.
Usually I know you are a bit hyperbolic But I think Tillman really is at the root of a lot of our issues this year .
Exactly. Reach an agreement. The guy is confident and works hard. There is no reason to think that he will not be knocking down clutch 3' s with even greater accuracy in the near future. Reminds me of when Capela insisted on coming to the Rockets instead of spending another year in France. Also the recent negotiations with Capela. I'm not saying he is as valuable as Capela, but sh be a good role player.
How are the numbers of DHouse compared to Trevor Ariza? Has he posted the same or better stats than Ariza? From numerous youtube highlights he does looks good. Did he get along with JHarden and everyone else in the locker room?
