That was very blatant. Happens way more than one would think. I think Kobe had one, where he literally changed it about 3 more times than Wade did in this GIF.
lol. The counter in the bottom left is counting the steps...7. Maybe not quite 7, but easily 4-5. <img src="http://s3.amazonaws.com/br-cdn/temp_images/2014/01/08/WadeTravel.gif" width=800>

Is there actual video of this play or is everyone just going by some gif from reddit? btw, this was pretty funny: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/tcvlEeCbkKE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
There's this one as well: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/xN_ljDfevB0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Funniest thing is, after traveling more than a Wilbury, he commits a blatant foul (which is the one thing the refs did call!)
I suppose maybe there was a whistle on that last man curling, so travel wasn't called? Otherwise, who cares where it came from?
I just wanted to make sure it's real, because all I see is a choppy black and white gif that someone could've creatively edited. Should be pretty easy to find the normal game footage, right?
found it... still pretty bad, but doesn't look 7 steps bad in real time. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/FHPdN-JzuDw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I never wanted to start a thread about it but in my observations, the Rockets get called for possibly the most travels in the NBA. And, granted, most of them are travels but I feel like they aren't "NBA travels", these would be calls you would see in the Olympics and not in the NBA where many players technically travel very often. Have others noticed this, particualrly this season? Side note: I also think we may be the worst team ever at throwing lobs and with Dwight Howard normally on the receiving end, it's embarassing we can't feed a ball up near the rim, anyone have gifs of terrible Rockets alley-oop attempts?
They really need to add an additional Ref to the game. The 3 they have just isn't cutting it but the NBA are so ****ing cheap with all the money they make.
How can anyone be in the middle of playing a basketball game and take those types of steps and not feel completely weird about it? Especially someone who has been playing as long as Wade..
