No, he has to raise the pivot foot and put it back down. Harden's pivot is the right, back foot. He can move the left foot around all he wants, AND he can raise the back foot/pivot foot off the ground. That's all legal.

Weird - you are bizarrely quoting only half of me to take it out of context and change the meaning of what I wrote. It's like you are trying to invent an argument here. I never said lifting your pivot was a travel. I said that in Harden's case it would have been a travel SINCE HE PUT HIS FOOT BACK DOWN.
