[Here we go again] George Zimmerman says he has been victimized by everyone, blames Obama

The guy was assaulted. I wish TM would of lived and served time for his crime and hopefully gotten a second chance to be a productive, respectable member of society but he took his life in his own hands with his actions.

I don't know George Zimmerman and he might be the biggest ******* on the planet but he was attacked and defended himself also on a different note he is a minority as well so I am not sure how it became so racially charged.

 

If Trevon Martin have lived....Zimmerman would have went to jail. Amazing what happens when you have the other person contradicting that BULL**** Zimmerman laid out. Zimmerman is a Hot-head wife beater...........all proven since he got away with Murder.

 

If Martin lived, he'd have been prosecuted for assault....you know, because that's against the law. Zimmerman is absolutely a POS, but that doesn't make it legal to assault him.

How do you know who was attacked and who defended himself?

Please, provide the evidence.

 

Well there is testimony by the victim and there is physical evidence supporting that testimony. What's your evidence that anything else took place?

Um....Trevon was followed by this POS. Trevon could have said he feared for his life.....especially since the guy had a gun. But we will never know Trevon's side...will we?

 

Evidence of a fight......but we don't know Trevon's side....do we? He could have said a man with a gun was following him. He feared for his life.........

 

So basically you have no evidence whatsoever, but you are willing to make baseless assumptions in order to protect a pre-conceived narrative? Fair.

No one will argue that Zimmerman isn't a POS, but there's absolutely no evidence of any wrongdoing on his part in the Martin case. Following someone is no reason to assault someone....it's actually the most foolish thing you can do if you think someone might be following you.

 

The fact is he followed a teenager in the dark with a gun and then killed him, the same teenager that he told dispatch was running away from him at one point. You have nothing but the testimony of the killer who you admit is a POS. None of those are baseless assumptions but proceed in protecting your pre-conceived narrative.

 

IF Martin have lived? How do you know for a fact that Martin would have been prosecuted? That would have changed the case dramatically by providing a second witness for testimony.

If Martin have lived... for all we know Zimmerman might have been prosecuted for assault. And for the use of a firearm. Who knows?

But... you prefer to make an assumption, based on your own bias.

 

And Martin did not have a right to confront a big scary dude chasing him? If someone was running after me and I had a gun, would I not have a right to turn around and shoot that person in self defense by your logic?

Maybe let's put this in terms you two can understand.

If a black guy was running after you as you were walking home, would you feel the right to defend yourself? I bet if the roles were reversed and a white guy shot some black kid chasing him, you'd run to the defense and accuse the black kid of being a threat.

Can't have it both ways/

 

The evidence doesn't show Zimmerman running after Martin. Even Martin's friend said that he told her he was being followed by some "creepy ass cracker" and she heard a verbal exchange. It is not illegal to follow someone in public, and if someone is following you it gives you no right to assault them, and certainly no right to shoot them. You can only use deadly force in self-defense if there is an imminent threat of death or great bodily injury. Someone following you is not such a threat. Someone mounted on top of you breaking your nose and banging your head against concrete is.

 

And that is the only testimony because the "victim" killed the other person involved in the altercation. Funny how, when you only have one side of the story, it points to exonerating the person telling it.
