Healthcare in Peru

Getting surgery in Peru is actually very safe and very cheap. Lived there for 3 years and while I personally never had surgery performed on me, my coworker did.
He broke his foot and had surgery performed in Lima and he was very pleased with the work they performed on his foot. The company was also happy that the price of the operation was much lower than it would have been in the U.S.
