Trump - Obese, has suffered mini-Strokes, Suffered from Covid-19, can't walk normally down a low grade incline ramp, can't drink water with one hand unless he practices for days, and actually feels proud of drinking water with one hand which shows how difficult it is for him. Biden - not obese, can answer questions about policy positions without notes, and lying. Doesn't grasp onto crazy conspiracy theories or suggest absurd medical procedures. It isn't even close. Biden is far more fit, both mentally and physically than Trump.
Perhaps you can add "moral health." One candidate has morals, the other is trump. I think I will vote for the moral candidate.
