In my lifetime, I've only known Pancakes as a guy that gets it things wrong at a comically high rate

    Time for some new blood

Investigative reporting would be greatly welcomed.

Shameful. "Unrelenting commitment"? Can one unrelentingly waddle between the press box and the media room?

    With you.

He's a clown at times, and he says dumb **** constantly, but I find him kind of funny, and his grumpiness on radio appearances always cracked me up. He was pretty good in his prime, he just got old and grumpy af.

Now that he's retired he's jovial af on those radio appearances lol

John McClain, Mattress Mack and Sean Pendergrast...

Together at Last?!? I'm sure Houston cannot wait.

I started listening to a little sports radio in the car during this past Texans season, but pretty much only Landry Locker because he actually seems like a decent dude with reasonable sports takes. His unabashed hatred for McClain always makes me laugh, and further makes me believe that Locker (and Seth Payne) are the only guys I'd actually want to discuss sports with in my daily life.

Gone for real. Laid off from 610 AM. Couldn't ever stand his ego

I listen to mainly sports radio in the truck. I can’t stand Locker, dude is the biggest douche on sports radio. His “hardo” comments are just lame. And Lopez is a blowhard
Seth Payne is a good listen

La Jefa ordered requested it for not answering her question on the Houston Blue unies back in October.
Plus they have a night show on 610. Easier to pay them with the increased cap space.

Is it too much to ask that Houston Sports personalities support Houston teams? It's like they all want a cushy East Coast job and the way to do it is to piss on the local teams.

This is 100% spot on. He used to be dialed in. I used to like him quite a bit but then he got lazy and his content was beyond terrible. He hasn’t had solid Houston sources in forever, so he would always default to kissing Titans ass.
