Val Kilmer is credited in the movie as "Mentor" but back then we couldn't figure out who he was playing. He plays the "Elvis". All you see of him is I think a hand and a couple of Elvis voice imitation lines. Back when I was twenty and the movie came out and there was no internet telling you everything, it was kind of a neat little Easter Egg to figure that out.
