Pull up maps.google.com in your favorite browser, zoom in your neighborhood of choice and click the Pac-Man icon on the lower left. Google Maps will then create a Pac-Man level of your neighborhood and run around the neighborhood running from the ghosts. Relive the days of running from the parents, bullies or cops.
