    Tech can very annoying and arrogant in their own rights (I'm mostly referring to personal accounts of Tech fans at tailgates and such), but some of the UT fans on here *cough* perci *cough* OP *cough* are just plain bullies.

    Not happening. Even if Tech were to beat Mizzou--which pretty much evens out conference record, Texas would likely sweep the computers because of non-conference (mediocre vs putrid). Unless an avalanche of voters skipped Tech not just ahead of Texas, but over PSU and USC too (and I don't think they would because they had close losses), it wouldn't be close.

    Tech is in the NC picture only if both Texas and OU picks up another loss.

    OR

    OU or Texas loses + the eventual SEC champ (UF or Bama) picks up another loss this week.

    But even under those scenarios, though I think Tech would deserve it, no sure thing (USC or a 1 loss Bama could be over a 1 loss Tech because of human polls).

    No worries....If the Red Raiders had pan-handled for points before the game at OU, there wouldn't have been this three way tie.

    Here's an idea, Mike Leach. Next time, on 4th down, call a time out and get your team on the buses! That way it can't get to 65-21! You'd be a true genius, and if you grab some **** in the locker room to take with you, you can live up to your pirate status, too! It's a win-win situation....

    If OU wins, UT is screwed. If OU loses, UT is screwed. End of story.

    That is not even remotely true.

    If OU wins, it is up to the computers and if they pass UT in the polls but lose to Mizzou....UT goes to the National championship game.

    If OU loses, UT goes to the national championship game.

    So, your logic sir, is flawed.

    So wait, BCS voters is going to want to see Tech face another explosive offense inthe NC, an offense more explosive than OU? Do they really want to see Florida blow Tech by 50? I think they vote based on what they saw a week ago in Norman... and I think the voters can see how big of a disaster it could be to send Tech to the NC.

    If Tech wins and OU loses, I see perhaps USC facing Alabama-Florida in the NC game.

    USC hasn't lost in a long time, while there is no clear winner in the Big 12 south.
