The whole message behind that tweet is focused on race. It makes a generalization based on race, and that generalization is a mischaracterization of individuals of that race and the race at large. Not sure how it couldn't be more racist. Actually no, we could make it more racist. Maybe if in the image of the black guy with his off hand he was holding a watermelon, grape soda, and some cocaine it could be seen as more racist.
