Went to Prague this past summer...amazing!

Sightseeing: Castle, Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock, and go out of town to Kutna Hora and visit the bone chapel.

Bars: U Flecku (500 year old bar w/ great food!), Letna Park Beer Garden (one of the largest in the world), which overlooks the city.

Nightclub: Karlovy Lazne Club. This thing is about 5 stories tall and is right next to the Charles Bridge. Elect for drink pitchers as you get more for your money. Don't get too wasted and take a shady cab...you will get ripped off.
