    I couldnt tell either, but you can see they walk up there together. He also does come into the picture when people rush to help her, but only for a second because the camera moves. My guess is he was still going for cover when she fell, didn't see the hit, so he wasn't in a rush to tend to her. Not sure why he wasnt in the pic though.
