    We hardcapped ourselves with the SnT for Wood. Dont get cynical about that.

    Exceptions cant be used to go over a hardcap.

    softcap means you can exceed it with exceptions. Hardcap cant be exceeded for any reason, literally, no exceptions.

    Maybe they were trying to help him play for another team’s interest. Make the most of his last 6 minutes on NBA roster. I hate that his contract hurts us because of an injury. What kind of rule is that?!

    Thanks Daryl Morey in signing Chris Clemons, now the Rockets are stuck with him for 2 more years.

    Next Year Chris Clemons won't play, a wasted roster spot and then. 1 year later hopefully he gets traded or moved, released.
