Was listening to a podcast about his latest movie. They also talked about all the other movies he has done, and I realized many different genres he has made a movie in. Has there ever been a director who made something like Happy Feet as well as the Mad Max series? I did not realize how diverse he was so I had to think of a top 5 and that list was diverse as well. My top 5 in no particular order. Mad Max Mad Max 2 Babe Dead Calm Fury Road I am not a big kids movie fan, but I have always loved Babe as well as Babe 2, Is there any early George Miller stuff I should check out?
Don't forget Happy Feet, won the Oscar for best Animated film on 2007 @jiggyfly He didn't direct Dead Calm. Untitled Mad Max Project (announced) 2024 Furiosa (filming) 2022 Three Thousand Years of Longing (directed by) 2015 Mad Max: Fury Road 2011 Happy Feet Two 2006 Happy Feet 1998 Babe: Pig in the City 1997 Century of Cinema (TV Series documentary) (1 episode) - 40,000 years of dreaming (1997) 1992 Lorenzo's Oil (directed by) 1987 The Witches of Eastwick 1985 Tina Turner: We Don't Need Another Hero (Music Video short) 1985 Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome 1983 Twilight Zone: The Movie (segment "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet") 1983 The Dismissal (TV Mini Series) (1 episode) - Episode #1.1 (1983) ... I don't know why that popped up on a list of Millers film I was looking at. Good catch. Never watched happy feet, I don't really watch movies directed at kids. Don't really know why I watched Babe, I think I just got sucked in when I came across it.
Have to say, there are very few directors I will watch solely because they are in charge. I have my favorites, but it usually isn't a selling point for me.
