I am a season ticket holder & have never once paid for parking. Look for the signs on all of the streets around the TC that say "No Parking Monday - Friday (have some time after that)" anyways you are free to park there after 6 & on weekends...simple as that.

i have NEVER failed to find a free parking meter at a rockets game.
