Floyd gave the fans the fight they wanted.

    No "running".

Straight in connors pocket all night and kept walking him down.

7 hard shots to the head by FLoyd with Conor not throwing a single response punch during that time, while having his hands down and not protecting himself.... easy and good stoppage.

NOT A SINGLE POWER PUNCH THROWN BY CONNOR. MAYBE THAT WAS THEIR CONTRACT, A POWER PUNCH MEANS 1 MILLION DEDUCTION.

SI had Conor winning the first 3 rounds, but it was downhill after that.

Yeah, Bob Barker is right. Connor dropped his hands, the ref saw it awhile before he called it. When he didn't put his hands up for a few seconds, the fight is over. It's the same thing as falling down. If you can't protect yourself, you can't box. You either have to have your hands up or your feet moving.

Please, for the safety of other human beings, never become a ref. You'll literally kill someone if you make a career out of that attitude.

Here's the final flurry by Mayweather from three different angles all in slow motion. The only reason I was upset they called it was because an obvious KO was about to occur. Conor was defenseless.

I have all the rounds saved. So, if you want anything else uploaded, let me know.

Because boxing is an older, better, more sophisticated type of fighting that matches like these show. All these new kids out there think MMA fighters are the most badass, but this proves that they only look good when in an anything goes match. Boxing is superior to MMA. MMA is cool, but boxing is an art. It's a thinking man's game. Passion doesn't really win all that often in the ring.

As a sports fan, I haven't cared to watch a boxing match since Mayweather-Pacquiao.

In the time since, I've witnessed the Cubs end a 108-year drought, the city of Cleveland defeat a 52-year curse, and Brady deliver the greatest comeback in sports history.

Then, I watched this circus freak show tonight and it confirmed my previous reservations: the sweet science is dead.

    R.I.P.

i understand that sentiment but the ref has to make sure connor can continue his career and more importantly make sure he doesn't go brain dead.

How is that not a real fight? Dude thought he was tough, challenged Mayweather in the ring, Mayweather had less power, less reach, but he also had knowhow that unfolded. This is boxing at it's finest. Your job isn't to knock a guy out in 2 rounds, it's to figure out your opponent and tear him down until he cracks. Connor cracked big time. His weaknesses were not obvious at first, but then Mayweather used his experience to move closer and slow him down. That's the name of the game. I was highly entertained by both guys. Pretty good early showing by Connor. Better than I thought. Dude is in great shape to take all those punches thru the rounds, but not in great enough shape to keep his hands up.

This is like people complaining about blowing out teams last year during the regular season.
