I thought you waited until the season was over to evaluate things.

When the rest of us complains about it = haters,
But since u r a dick rider BoB fan, complaining about the same exact sht = good reason?

Just wait until the season end before making judgement.

Again....you called anyone who wanted O'Brien fired based on his entire body of work, haters and p*****s. You wanted him fired based on 30 minutes of one game. Lame.

Judgment was reserved for the end of the season. Jumped the gun. Unlike some of you, who have been not willing to see things play out over the season. I don’t like Bill O’Brien. That is misconception because I was willing to see how his moves played out, that I would was “a dick rider” or “apologists”.

It’s called wait and see. My emotions got the best of me Saturday, and was premature. I still want an OC given control (Tim Kelly deserves a shot at that).

Yep. That was a dumb challenge; they are not going to overturn PI; save your time and effort for a penalty they will objectively look at (and possibly overturn - like the Watson scramble).

The rest of us have judged him based off of years of mediocre coaching.

Just a little recap of how bad the coaching was on Saturday. The things that sadly and predictably happened from the prop bets thread:
Run 9+ times on first down - actual total 14
    Blow a challenge
Run up the middle on a critical 3rd/4th and 1
Run out the clock too early
Score under 4 points in first quarter
    No score on first possession
Dead ball penalty after a time out
    3+ pre snap penalties
    Tunsil commits a false start
    Poor clock management
Prevent defense gives up a score

Those are things we jokingly thought might happen, but Bill pretty much hit it out of the park.

So you are saying we lost by five touchdowns or something? I am not following.

Once again, we see the transparently convenient analysis that bad = BO'B; good = not BO'B.

I'm sure Watson "going completely crazy" was a component of him drawing up plays in the dirt and winging it. Incorporating him into the run game, moving Hopkins outside>... All Watson. Sure.

Letter grade is a better usage. What would u grade him by for this game? me probabaly a c+ or b- (would have been lower if he lost.)

HOU 22 pts vs BUF avg 16.2 PPG / +5.8
    BUF 19 vs HOU 24.1 PPG / -5.1
    Tenn 21 (14 offense) vs Pats 14.1 PPG / -.1 offense
    NE 13 vs Tenn 20.7 PPG / -7.7
    Minn 26 vs NO 21.3 PPG / +4.7
    NO 20 vs MINN 18.9 PPG / +1.1
    SEA 17 vs PHI 22.1 PPG / -5.1
    PHI 9 vs SEA 24.9 PPG / -15.9

Stats don’t always tell the entire story of course, but during Wild Card Weekend the Texans scored the highest point differential versus defense average points per game during regular season. First half was beyond frustrating, but objectively looking at offenses during Wild Card Weekend the Texans performance wasn’t as bad as the eye test appeared.

There was another thread that predicts all of the sht or bad habits BoB will do during a game. Apparently he seem to do most of them.

    When I read sh*t like

    Tunsil commits a false start

I immediately think that is like saying ... the 12th running play of the game gained 3 yards versus the 4 yards that we all expected. We can criticize OBie for that but why bother?

From what I’ve heard from multiple radio stations (not sure if legit), Tim Kelly prepares a game plan but BOB changes it the day before the game

The Bench & The Blitz are a few

Yes, I know that story. Bill should just give him a chance next season to call the plays.

Whichever one's in charge of the first quarter+ needs to be fired.
