    Georgias food market has buffet brunch on the weekends and lunch every day.. have liked everything i have tried there. they also sell a lot of organic/farmers market type stuff. another place like it is off I 10 and blalock..A Moveable Feast

    You do have low calorie options at Subway but a lot of their stuff (like their meat) is hella processed.

    Surprised nobody has mentioned Ruggles Green yet. Their Salads are amazing! My favorite is the Curry Chicken Salad. PLUS..You dont have to tip there. Its like Pei Wei/Berry Hill Tacos. Just order and they run the food to you. The one in the Heights has a nice patio too.
