Flix Brewhouse Satellite Belgian IPA St. Arnold's Santo Austin Amber (Independence Brewery) But my go to when I just want to drink beer...Shiner Premium Lager
I love Mexican beer for grilling. Give me some Model or Carta Blanca so I can drink and grill animal flesh.
I go all-in by season. So right now I'm balls deep in Bombshell Blonde, Karback Love Street, Brooklyn Summer, Live Oak Schwarzbier when I find it, Ruby Redbird... I have Pumpkinator's collecting dust, cant drink that **** when it's hot out.
I do like (several) Modelo's after a soccer game. In the can, though. I think it tastes horrible in the bottle.
It's a good IPA, but I think it is a little overrated. I would really like to try the 120 Minute IPA though. The 2 beers that I buy the most at the grocery store are Firestone Walker's Union Jack IPA and Stone IPA. For awhile I've been saying that Endeavor is my absolute favorite beer, but the last few bottles I've gotten haven't been that great. I still love getting a growler of it or having it on tap at a bar, though.
I like the 90 minute better than the 120. 120 is certainly not worth the trouble or money. I usually drink Yuengling for cheapness or Terrapin Hopsecutioner for the right combination of price and being a tasty IPA.
That's disappointing to hear. I mostly wanted to try it because of the absurdly high ABV. Hell yes on the Yuengling, just wish it was available here in Texas. The Hopsecutioner sounds familiar, not sure if I've tried it before. Thanks for the recommendation, I'll try to find some of that.
If you want something that tastes good and will get you smashed quick... this can be found at most local Specs. Highly recommended. http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/30/28204/
I really love the 60 minute IPA. St. Arnold Endeavor and Karbach Rodeo Clown are a couple others I really enjoy.
