How much is he worth? I realize they haven't played any games yet, but... I want to trade for him. My current team is Marion, Billups, Al Jefferson, Antawn Jamison, Manu, Delonte West, Rudy Gay, Q-rich, Shaq, Scola, Jose Calderon, Eddy Curry, and Dorrell Wright. What's the most I should offer for him straight up? Should I trade Shaq for him? Or would that be a total "no" from the other guy? My league is a 12 player league, PG/SG/G/SF/PF/F/C/C/Util(x2), scored by points, FG%, FT%, 3PM, reb, ast, stl, blk, TO.
you're just mad cause i took him right before you to be honest, he's not all that great. but he'll give you decent numbers all around. he should at the very least give you the numbers he had last year so that alone should warrant a mid to late pick. don't give up too much for him.
Diaw is more valuable than Tim Thomas Thomas might score a couple of ppg more than Diaw, but not significant amounts (13 vs 10) Thomas will definitely shoot more 3s than Diaw (1.5 per contest vs 0) Apart from that Diaw would be better in most categories, and would make a good contribution towards a team. koko: trade Shaq for him if you can - it's more than worth it!
