What happens if we skip DV at 12:43 and end up finishing the draft?

Do we have to wait for him to make his pick to pick up free agents?

How does free agency work? And how do I move players to the IR? I want to move Lieber there and pick up a FA.

You cannot claim anyone off the waiver wire until the draft is completed. When you do want to pickup a FA, you do it the same way as drafting on the site, only you go to the Add/Waive page of your team site.

To place a player on IR, go to the add/waive page of your team site, click on the player on your roster on the left side, then click on "add to IR"

Thanks man. Does the player have to officially be on the "IR" in real life (15 day, 60 day), or can I declare anyone injured? And is the waiver wire a bid process that takes a couple days, or is it first-come, first serve?

Waiver wire is first come, first serve. If a player is waived, it takes 48 hours for him to clear waivers and become available. A player must be on MLB's IR list for you to place him on the IR. Putting healthy players on the IR is not allowed.

What's that you say? You want me to drop A-Rod from your team and add Jose Lima? No problemo. :)
