Fade, your boys made that too close for comfort. It's still not technically over with Sizemore and Crisp going head to head, but I have a 15 point lead and Sizemore just hit a homer with a man on. Of course Crisp then proceeded to double and score, so there is still a chance.

Yep, you 2 got a real barn burner going on :)

All playoff lineups are to be posted in this thread only. DO NOT SUBMIT THEM ON THE SITE. I will put everyone's lineups in tomorrow afternoon.

Also, remember that your lineup is for the ENTIRE week Monday-Sunday.

    The matchups will be:

Phi vs Bob (or Fade if he wins)

Rocketball vs either Pimp (or Bob if Fade wins)

Sheets and Mussina going down with injuries really killed my chances. Especially Sheets. Oh well.. chalk it up to bad luck.

The site won't let me change any of your players to 3B for some reason, so you got 3 SS's in your lineup :D

23 wide receivers scored in double figures in week 1. Only 12 rb made it. It seems like the scoring changed or something. I don't remember wr's dominating the league like this.

Me neither. I need me some wr's to combat the season long onslaught of injuries, CG's and CGSO's against my team!

    ;)

I know. It's really bizarre. It was funny to sit back and laugh at all you crazy people snapping up your "precious" RBs early in the draft when stud WRs are worth so much more in our scoring system. It's a herd mentality. All the cheatsheets on the 'net are geared toward RB-centric leagues, but people don't seem to realize that our league is not really like that. Oh well -- your teams will suffer because of it. Better for us who took a more balanced approach to the draft.

    BTW: Wrong thread ;)

Since I am not sure if this thread has been hijacked to talk about fantasy football ;) , I did have a question about the playoffs.

Since the playoffs go the full week - Do we change lineups on Thursday or do they remain the same?

Finn, you need to take Garland out of your line up. Westbrook pitched week mon-thurs.

    Fixed it Phi.

It was because I didn't set my lineup through my team page on Monday, I used the commish page to set my lineup, so it used the last lineup I had through the team page.

    Matt Clement sucks.

After countless injuries, being the victim of numerous complete game shut outs and struggling throughout the entire season to stay afloat and competitive, my team's journey has come to an end in a 7 run, first inning flogging.

    Congrats Rook.

Thanks Phi, it took a huge game from Sabathia and a save from FRod to pull this one out. If Santana hadn't missed that earlier start, you had it won.

Lineups run for THE ENTIRE WEEK, Monday-Sunday.

As Al Bundy would say "Let's Rock"
