    Baseball Fantasy League Homepage

As previously mentioned, we play a split week head-to-head format. That means two games every week. The game periods are Monday-Thursday(except for this week which includes today's Yankee/Red Sox game) and Friday-Sunday. Deadline to submit lineups is before the first game each Monday and Friday.

    - Starting lineups consist of 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, C, Utility Inf, 4 OFs, and any combination of 7 pitchers (SP or RP)

    - There is a 2 spot IR. You can only place a player on IR if he is legitimately hurt and on the Major League IR list.

    - The scoring system is listed on the "Rules" page of the site.

    - There is no waiting period to claim free agents. Waiver claims are handled by the site. I believe highest priority is given to the team with the worst record.

    - Game limits for pitchers are 142 SP and 122 RP. You can start any combination of 7 pitchers each game. However, if you leave the same 5 SP and 2 RP in your lineup all the time, you will be on pace to run out of SP and RP games roughly at the end of the season. So, judge yourself accordingly. There are no game limits for hitters.

    - There is a four week playoff format at the end of the season. 6 teams make the playoffs; the winner of each division get first round byes. The remaining matchups are made according to seeding based on record. Week 1 = First Round. Week 2 = Second Round (Semis). Weeks 3 & 4 = World Series.

Let the games and the trash talk begin!

This is my year. I'm due. My teams have made steady progress this past year, and it's time to break thru.

    Prepare to be steamrolled, everyone.

Speaking of steamrolling, Jeremy Bonderman is kicking ass and taking names. Granted, its just the Royals.

DH is gonna be pissed when he finds out Dmitri Young hit 3 bombs today while sitting on his team's bench.

WooHoo, a 18 point turnaround on one swing of the bat. Dunn goes deep for the second time today, driving in Kearns for a total of 8 points for me, while taking a victory away from Pedro, costing the Gits 10 points.

    Nice.....:D

I am getting smack daddied right now by Cassell, but still having a good day with Westbrook and Wells. I'm not out of it just yet but RJ and Bonderman knocked me off my feet a little.

I sure wont considering I am already down 17 ... Definitely have some work to do. Too bad most of my pitchers dont go until the next series.

I'm just hoping I don't get any points from Izzy in the next couple days.

Jose Valentine, the Capitol City Hitmen thank you for kindly committing an error to put Jason Schmidt in line for the win.

    You rule!

DH and myself should be ashamed with only 8 points each right now ...... especially when compared with the other scores.

Funny how the game works. PSJ losing with the 2nd highest score overall, while it looks like someone is going to win with a sub-50 point game.

It's always nice to have 3 pitchers in your starting lineup go on the 15-day DL, and have the other 3 get rocked.

My pitchers this week = -24.
