    There is no "proper" way to eat. Screw all that nonsense. If you are able to produce a bowel movement, you're a success at eating. Hooray!

    I usually cut and eat with the right. I'll cut a few pieces of meat, put the knife down, and eat some meat, then something else, and come back to the other pieces later.
