But yes, Westbrook might be more movable than CP3, that doesn't make him a better player for this team.

Westbrook has one more year on his contract than Paul. Paul is a smart player not totally relying on athleticism. Westbrook is dumb and will decline fast after his athleticism starts to diminish, probably within a couple of years. Paul is also a better shooter than Westbrook which fits better with Harden.

Bottom line, the only thing Westbrook is better than Paul is health, and maybe trade value within a year or so. I would bet that after a couple of years, Westbrook's contract will be as difficult to trade as CP now.

 

After a couple of years Harden will demand a trade because you forced him to carry an old man like the sad uncle stuck taking care of the grandma
