    Actually, the refs handed the Mavs' championship to D Wade, just like the did the Kings' championship to the Lakers.

    As others have mentioned, there was no actual offer.

    And to be fair, he can't say 'yeah I'd trade Dirk in a second' and damage his relationship with Dirk. He might be thinking it, but that's something you just can't say.
