I am having these frustrating ads pop up all the time on my computer. I have a cable modem so they even pop up when I'm not surfing. Is there any way to make this stop. I've tried clearing my history, my temp. files, cookies, etc. but that doesn't work. PLEASE HELP!!
Do you have a firewall? I think Sygate has one you can download, and you can set the protection levels where none of that crap gets through... here: http://www.sygate.com/products/shield_ov.htm
You need the pop up killa and a zone alarm. Two of the best net thingies I ever d/led. Both are free. Pop Up Killer Zone Alarm
Im getting this too ... both at work and at home and it started sometime in the past week. Is there a new method to keep pop-ups from coming up even after you left the site?
