[Epic Movie] The Hobbit: Part 1 (coming December 2012)

It is my recommendation to watch it in 48fps. It will look more "REAL" or just less "FILM-like" than 24fps.

My theory on these kinds of things is that if you have a chance to do something like this, never done before, once-in-a-lifetime things, or stuff you usually can't do other times, DO IT. I believe this is the first film ever to use this 48fps technology, so I wanted to see it to at least be able to say I've "experienced it" that's what SHE said. Experience it.

 

Just took the SwoLy Middle Mexican Earth Familia to "The Hobbit Cafe" on Richmond near Shepherd. Had the SMAUG's Delight sandwich and a Baggins Banana smoothie (yes, a Baggins Banana, that's what she said). Yum-a-dum-dum, nom, nom.

It is a somewhat expensive place if you're looking for a nice family lunch, but its cozy Shire-like atmosphere make any tall and hungry human forget about maybe a second breakfast or one of the six meals of the day. The veggies are fresh and the turkey and elvin bread are delicious. The waitstaff and management are friendlier than an uninvited Dwarf party eating at your grass-covered home.
