Since when did Houston become cool with this? I remember they had them in Louisiana but I just got one here on Gessner and on a hot day it's awesome!
they have 1 in Katy off Mason Dr. next to Jack N Da Box, as well. Pretty awesome. I'm from Louisiana, miss drive thru Daiquiris, Hurricanes FTW!
I got one on Gessner and long point. I just check on Yelp and there's a place called Eskimo Hut on hwy 6
I'd imagine the cops would be just waiting for people to pull out of the drive through with their fresh Daiquiri.
Well I looked up the law and once there is a lid on the cup and there is no straw inside it's considered a closed container. This place actually put a seal on the cup you have to remove to insert a straw. Lmao. The seal said " Stop! for 21 and up"
you are correct sir. In Texas, if the cup is sealed, then it is considered closed container and 100% legal to sell and carry.
Oh wow. Even in New Orleans these have been illegal for the last few years. You can only find them outside the city. I love daqs. Houston just needs to get some snoball stands & I'll be happy. .
