    I remember they had them in Louisiana but I just got one here on Gessner and on a hot day it's awesome!

    they have 1 in Katy off Mason Dr. next to Jack N Da Box, as well. Pretty awesome.

    I just check on Yelp and there's a place called Eskimo Hut on hwy 6

    I'd imagine the cops would be just waiting for people to pull out of the drive through with their fresh Daiquiri.

    Well I looked up the law and once there is a lid on the cup and there is no straw inside it's considered a closed container. This place actually put a seal on the cup you have to remove to insert a straw. Lmao. The seal said " Stop! for 21 and up"

    you are correct sir. In Texas, if the cup is sealed, then it is considered closed container and 100% legal to sell and carry.

    They also sell drive through frozen drinks at W Grill located at Washington and Shepherd.

    They leave the tip of the straw wrapper on it to make it a closed container.

    Oh wow. Even in New Orleans these have been illegal for the last few years. You can only find them outside the city.
    I love daqs. Houston just needs to get some snoball stands & I'll be happy.
