Jarrett Allen is averaging 14/11 on 70%TS while only making ~$10m more than Daniel Theis. And he’s six years younger.

The team is bad because the organization is bad. That’s not going to change.

LOL. It is bad because you have a Very YOUNG roster learning to play and win in the NBA. Many of you have no patience. I don’t care how much talent a player has, it takes time to learn to win

As much as it sucks watching the Rockets right now, I think Stone for the most part has not been a bad GM. He had what was widely considered a strong draft (especially by stealing Sengun at 16) and although he signed Theis and resigned Nwaba, at the time most of us were happy to have Nwaba and Theis only became redundant once it became clear that Sengun had already surpassed him...granted it only took like a game to see that, but still.

Stone also has no bearing on how the roster is used. It's not like Stone is out there dictating that House starts, or playing Sengun 5 minutes. Now, it's up to him to find a way to move on from Wood, EGo, and especially John Wall. How he does that will color my opinion of him much more strongly than what I've seen so far.

Grow a pair and pull up a chair, for patience is required here, Sonny.

The average age of the Rockets starting lineup tonight is literally the same as the Celtics starting lineup.

That is the biggest issue I have with our current coaching staff. We have enough young guys--and good young guys. We need to give them the minutes they've earned.

It’s like they want to microwave a Turkey while we are actually trying to shoot the Turkey and then de feather it and then cook it over fire

Brother this is bullshit we arent even playing all of our youngsters thats the problem. You cant use that as an excuse when Silas is constantly playing vets over young guys in important minutes.

The only real problems I have with the roster construction is that Stone wasted the #2 pick and Theis was a waste of a pickup because he's not needed. The biggest weakness on the team is guard play, not big men.

All of the real problems have to do with how Silas chooses to play the guys on the roster.

Just curious of how long the losing streak lasts, over 20 games again.

Stephen Silas is getting worse at playing Vets over Rookies and Younger players.

Rafael Stone, Patrick no doubt is telling Stephen to play House, Theis, Gordon heavy minutes in order to trade them.

But I think it is backfiring on the team because those are role players and are not playing off Jalen Green and Alperen Sengun.

Back in my day, we blamed Tilman Fertitta for this abomination.

Did anyone actually believe Stone would be some great GM?

Yes, I thought Allen was talented but i do not think Allen fit Silas's system. He want his BIGS to shoot the 3's and dribble well. He is not a 3 point shooter, but he is a talented player

Stone done well during the draft. He done a terrible job during the offseason. The Harden is still a open question...
