Does anyone here have any experience with "Air Alert" for increased vertical?

Sorry mate I did Sky's the Limit

Never tried the Aussie one but I reckon it would probably work as well, seems pretty similar.

So essentially, my weight had nothing to do with it and it all had to do with tightness?

No problem. I'm doing the Aussie one because it looks really simple. However, it doesn't tell you how many times a week to do it. Is it really just one time a week since it doesn't specify like the 'sky's the limit'?

weight itself isn't going to directly affect your mechanics, as in taking you from good to bad mechanics. Unless, you're significantly overweight and can't control that excess weight well when you move, then your posture may be affected. This is why you have some huge football linemen who move very well. They are technically overweight, but have good posture/mechanics that allows them to build well-balanced muscles, so they can race around and still control all that weight. The average overweight person doesn't train like them though, so they just have excess weight with no control, which is what affects their posture.

Technically speaking though, if your knee caves in like that, then losing weight does take some pressure off the knee, which is good...but the problem is still with your posture/mechanics. It's not going away because you lost a few pounds. You're just slowing down the wear and tear on the knee.

Yeah well I do have Anterior Pelvic Tilt. Been trying to get rid of it for the past year, and have seen some improvements, but still there.
