well done. I just don't feel the need to know exactly what time it is at every moment.

also, i had a feeling this thread would turn into a pissing contest with everyone showing their watches....the thread is "do you wear a watch?" not "how much you paid for your watch?". But that even shows that watches now in days are mostly used for cosmetic and/or superficial reasons.

i've had this breitling for a couple years

i was looking at a these zenith watches when bailey banks and biddle was going out of business, but i just couldn't justify spending that much on something that i can't drive. but maybe i came to that conclusion after my gf talked me out of it and somehow she ended up with a bad ass ring and earrings that cost more than that watch.

it's amazing how beautiful these watches are in real life. they look great online, but when you see them on your wrist they are just stunning.

I somewhat agree. I find most not that attractive and in fact, rather tacky. It's pretty much a status thing.

i agree. i just don't think they are that amazing. great looking watches, but i think there are tons of other watches out there that are much more stunning than rolex watches. rolex is a great name, but that's pretty much what you are paying for.

I have a beautiful face that is a status symbol in itself, so I try not to wear too many shiny objects to detract from it.

But when I do dress up, I make it a good choice.

The Flightdeck Series by U-Boat. If you don't own one, you're probably poor.

It's a little thick, like a beautiful women's hips, but it says all you need to know about a man. Masculine, adventurous, exotic, alluring, yet low key.

I would rather be dead than caught wearing a thin watch with a tacky brown strap, as this indicates a thin penis and likely chance of low fertility.

I have a Seiko Automatic 6309-8099. It's kinetic and is probably close to 50 years old. My grandfather gave it to my dad who gave it to me.

    looks similar to this...

Love the watch. Still holds perfect time and never have to worry about a battery.

    I love watches. I have about 4.

My favorite is my Breitling Airwolf Raven.

Why do you want/need a conversation "piece" ?

Why do you need to use something to stand out? Is that just a different way of saying you like the way it looks? If so, I get it I guess..

I bought this sucker about 5 years ago. It still works great so I see no need to buy another.

I will by this watch if I see it again:
