Traffic police could position their vehicles in clear site to help PREVENT violations. Instead, they set traps, HIDE, collect evidence, disrupt, then try and make a citation. It's not an intelligent model.

In College Station they'll let you drive drunk and film you before bothering to pull you over. Thx, fam.
