feels good man. I think i was the most productive i have ever been on a weekday. actually started decluttering the house, throwing away crap i hadn't touched in years. that felt really good too. just saying. damnit, wrong forum.
That's a bit dramatic dude, I know no one's happy about losing Mario Williams but that was like months ago. Plus, you can still watch all Texans games without cable so
That takes some balls for people that have tons of shows they watch on a nightly basis. More power to you. When I saw this in the Texans forum I assumed you were gonna say, who needs cable for the NFL?
i ordered an OTA antennae so I'll still get to see local TV and houston sports. i cancelled because it was taking up too much of my time and i didn't get anything out of it. countless nights of flipping channels to watch the same reruns of "reality tv". plus, i'll save good chunk of money.
Don't some companies offer an A La Carte menu for TV? I would only keep like 5 or 6 cable channels plus local TV.
Hi-speed internet> $150/mo. cable. If you really need to watch something you can find a stream online, plus it's way cheaper.
I've been cable free for a couple of years. I've been able to watch what I want online minus a couple of shows on TBS. Texans over the air, Rockets on League Pass Broadband, Astros...well they've sucked.
