Post Yao, our main targets the past 2 offseasons:

Chris Bosh - Proven he is not a front line player

Nene - Total bust last year, oft injured, & overpaid

We were all distraught when we got none of the above.

So now Morey gets Harden who nobody thought was available. When the talent in the NBA at the 2 is at an all time low, we got arguably the best up and coming 2 guard in the league who is only 23.

As the saying goes "everything happens for a reason", it appears all the disappointment has led to the best possible outcome and our future is pointed straight up! :grin:

Good thread. It really puts things into perspective. Perhaps luck is more involved in sports than I originally thought.

I agree with everything but Chris Bosh, I would love for him to be on this current team
