Mike has this pesky habit of "calling an audible" when things don't go the way he wants: like geriatric purse snatchings, domestic disputes, press conferences, fender-benders, interviews or championship title fights. He's also so undeniably intimidating that a young female, alone with him at night, could easily have wanted to protest, but chose not to, out of shear terror. I don't know if that has any legal significance, but an early '90s jury in Indiana will probably make it work.
you know, I have to point out that since you're all about him being the so inspirational in that other thread, you can't come in here and talk about his negative image. not at the time he settled out of court.
