Defense With Attitude (Texans Defense Thread for Nimo)

Trash tier defense.

 

The Safeties and front 7 is pretty much set.

The Corners outside of Kareem Jackson are pretty bad. Kevin Johnson was a bust. JJo gets hurt every game. Every other corner we have is a JAG.

Between Oline and Corners this team has a lot of holes to fill.

 

You've got it mixed up. JJo is a better corner than Kareem. Kareem should stick to playing safety. Joseph has only missed one game. He is the best and most reliable CB on the team.

 

Joseph is remarkable considering his age and how long he's been on the team.... but in the end, he's injury prone and shouldn't be the lead corner on a team that has playoff aspirations.

He still is a rare example of a NFL free agent contract/extension that worked out for its entirety.

 

I agree. Its amazing (and depressing) that he is the best CB on a team at his age. And he has a had a relatively healthy year; compared to the other CBs.

 

Watt was invisible yesterday. Matter of fact everyone on D was besides Clowney. They need to look at themselves in the mirror this week.

 

Sign swearinger? I know hes an awful person, but we desperate.

 

Zach Cunningham? McKinney? Justin Reid? All had solid games and had big plays.
