    Doug Rader and Jimmy Wynn both hit upper deck shots to left field. On one chair they painted a rooster (Rader) and on the other a cannon (Wynn).

    After praising Daryl for days now, he comes up with probabaly the dumbest play of the MLB season so far. Brain-crapomania to be precise was displayed in the Bucs game against the Cards by DW (Men on first and third with one out and a ground ball hard directly and hard towards first baseman............result - base is loaded and still one out). Incidentally the brain firt did not cost DW's team.

    Common D-Ward, step on first...........

    Did any of you guys see the defensive play Ward made last night? This guy really may become the player the Astros were hoping for.

    He never would have fit with Houston, though. He's not as good as our current first baseman (Bagwell). He's also not as good as our future first baseman, Lance Berkman. I don't want D Ward patrolling the outfield of MinuteMaid.
