I did say in a post i made that harden has to change his diva ways ,it dont matter who we get if he dont change his mentality and pass the ball more too then we not winning no championship. Sorry to say it but true
But why don’t you word it more truthfully rather than make it seem more simple. Basically what you’re saying is Harden should dominate the ball and play a certain way all season long seeing that if he passed the ball during the regular season as much as you would have liked we would have been an even lower seed, or even instead of 11-14 we could have been in an even bigger hole like 20-25; and then all of a sudden change his whole way of playing in the playoffs and still being responsible to lead us to a championship. Sounds fair.
Agreed. 11-14 start, CP3, Gordon and Capela go down for a combined 53 games in that stretch and House got cut for luxury tax reasons despite being hot coming from G-League. He played banged up with shoulder, wrist and elbow injuries and still managed to carry the team to almost the #2 seed in the playoffs. I would have loved to have seen more of those heroics in the playoffs but anyone blaming Harden for coming up short is a fool. He played some of the best D on the team in the playoffs and still was outperforming everyone on the roster on offense.
What happened to Harden in the last 6 minutes of game 5 and the trouble getting across half court in game 6 at times, in your estimation, sir?
Who carried the team in December, January and February with a bunch of scrubs when multiple starters were hurt?
