Who do you propose for new leadership - Ben Carson? Ronny Jackson? Jared Kushner?

    **** off with this.

Trump assholes own it all. The America Last! policy chickens coming home to roost in the form of a massacre and a depression are the hard won fruits of your labor, all of your Benghazi investigations and Judge Jeanine viewings and tweets and judge appointments and whatever the ****.

Enjoy it now because it's only going to get worse. For everyone. Including you. And your family.

Why don't other countries have a shortage of tests? Why is the richest nation in the world having shortages? How does the Conquistador explain this??? Maybe he will have to make up something or more likely, runaway when confronted by a superior intellect!

A shocking revelation for a Mexican Industrialist, even the most basic of MBA's knows that JIT inventory management isn't to manage scarce resources but rather to minimize inventory costs. If resources are potentially scare in the future, you stockpile, this was the original purpose of the Strategic Oil Reserve.

Perhaps you should go back and get your MBA before you post on this topic.

Wow, this guy is struggling right now. I have long maintained that the mental health cost of shutdown is high. I don't think we have seen a proper cost-benefit analysis of the societal costs of shutdown versus the risk.

If we dont know, how can we derive that the cost is high?

Seems targeting the WHO is the new talking point your handlers have you peddling.

The WHO declared Covid19 a global health emergency in January 30, while your dear Trump was still saying nonsense on February 27, like how the virus would miraculously disappear.

But pe patient, Covid19 is an equal opportunity global killer and will likely be coming to a person near you soon enough.

And now he's funding those factories

“Because our foundation has such deep expertise in infectious diseases, we’ve thought about the epidemic, we did fund some things to be more prepared, like a vaccine effort,” Gates said. “Our early money can accelerate things.”

Gates said he was picking the top seven vaccine candidates and building manufacturing capacity for them. “Even though we’ll end up picking at most two of them, we’re going to fund factories for all seven, just so that we don’t waste time in serially saying, ‘OK, which vaccine works?’ and then building the factory,” he said.

Gates said that simultaneously testing and building manufacturing capacity is essential to the quick development of a vaccine, which Gates thinks could take about 18 months.

“It will be a few billion dollars we’ll waste on manufacturing for the constructs that don’t get picked because something else is better,” Gates said in the clip. “But a few billion in this, the situation we’re in, where there’s trillions of dollars … being lost economically, it is worth it.”

The Gates Foundation “can get that bootstrapped and get it going and save months, because every month counts,” he added.

I'm seriously? First it was China, now it's the WHO? Maybe the US should have taken the free testing kits offered by the WHO and followed their recommendations instead of ignoring them? Who made the decision to reject the WHO's advisory and not take this seriously?

Last time I checked, the WHO wasn't POTUS.

i would like to see more of this...

states might even want to form a large pack to deal with the crisis themselves to more effectively handle this then going on their own given poor leadership from the fed gov

Correction: You haven't seen one but many of us have. Each live lost costs the economy about $10MM. The incremental economic cost of severely slowing the economy is about $2MM per life saved (and that includes the cost of additional death per $100MM in economic loss)

TJ, TJ, TJ, what's wrong?!? Your posts on the pandemic have really been a low bar. What's wrong with you these days? Are you sick? Do you have a fever? Dry cough? Your level of posting has dropped substantially. Your command of the facts is weak at best, and you constantly are making a fool of yourself here. Honestly, I feel like I am debating an 8th grader who prepped for the debate by watching cartoon.

Has the Conquistador become the Has-Beenador?

All right guys, it’s time to ignore Jorge. Dude has had his fun trolling and getting reactions. He does not respond to arguments directly at all.

This is terrible, man. Isn't the feds job to make sure we have ample supplies for the states in the event of an emergency?

What's is the next? The immigrant Spanish nanny calling her uncle Jorge in Mexico for ppe supplies?
