This guy is a real POS. He cut up two kids, their father, an employee and off duty cop.

I mean if we're going to shame opportunists that buy a whole grocery store's stock on toilet paper and hand sanitizer, you'd think there'd be more uproar among states outbidding each other on valuable resources on behalf of American citizens in their state.

A coincident ? Is this one of the 6-7 distributors?

This is nut. If this is really what's going on... Jared's "it's our stockpile" was a fraudulent slip.

    https://www.politico.com/news/2020/03/27/republican-fundraiser-company-coronavirus-152184

“Over the last 14 days I have built another business outside politics and will be focusing my full attention there,” he wrote in the email, which was obtained by POLITICO.

The fundraiser, Mike Gula, didn’t specify his new line of work in the email. But in an interview, he said he’d started a new company selling medical equipment that’s been in short supply during the coronavirus pandemic.

The company, Blue Flame Medical LLC, was formed Monday in Delaware, according to state records. Its website says it sells coronavirus testing kits, N95 respirator masks, “a wide selection” of personal protective equipment and other “hard to find medical supplies to beat the outbreak.”

Asked how he’d managed to procure such equipment when there are shortages in hospitals across the country, Gula said, “I have relationships with a lot of people.”

Gula started Blue Flame with John Thomas, a consultant who until recently worked as chief strategist for Don Sedgwick, a Republican who ran against Rep. Katie Porter (D-Calif.) but lost in the primary earlier this month. Gula’s firm raised money for Sedgwick, according to campaign finance records.

The abrupt move to shutter Gula’s firm has set the Republican operative world ablaze, with many in the business wondering about Gula’s intentions and how he was able to move so swiftly.

Thomas declined to specify how he and Gula had managed to obtain masks that have become so rare that some hospitals have resorted to reusing them or having health care workers tie bandannas or scarfs around their faces. “It’s just relationship-based,” he said. “I can’t say anything else.”

    ...

“I don’t want to overstate, but we probably represent the largest global supply chain for Covid-19 supplies right now,” he said. “We are getting ready to fill 100 million-unit mask orders.”

At this point we are gonna have to hope that we can change leadership non-violently .

I know so many have rage . I am sick of how many people in power act too . I am pretty good at ignoring it for the most part .

senators have downplayed seriousness for personal gain . Local leaders have reacted admirably in some cases and recklessly in others . The executive branch sends mixed messages and people didn’t trust him to begin with . The media tells its target audience whatever they want to think . individuals and companies have tried to take advantage of the situation .

there’s a laundry list of **** to be pissed off about and people are dealing with economic pressure and ,of course, getting extremely sick .

maybe people will be too scared to vote in force in November or will have to pick from 2 bad choices ... as many people on both sides conceded was the case last presidential election.

but how our government and just Overall structure in general have dealt with this crisis is going to create resentment that is going to stick ... and it should . At the end of the day what will be our glass half full view ? At least we didn’t have as many deaths as Brazil ? Other countries ****ed up too ?

Ole Dr. Fauci. Trying to speak truth in an administration not interested in it.

There was that one press conference where he was speaking, a week or so ago, about a lack of testing, and you could see Trump's agitation, the carotid artery just pulsing, maybe even a vein in his temple. When Fauci was done, he muttered to Pence, "You want to take care of this?" And Pence dutifully stepped up to the mic to deliver some flowery bull**** about testing. Fauci says the truth, and literally two seconds later, Big Brother tries to erase him.

    let's start with this turd

WHO Chief Says Widespread Travel Bans Not Needed to Beat China Virus

    Feb 3rd

It’s no reason to really panic now,” he said. “The chances of getting this going to anywhere outside China is very low, and even in China, when you go to other provinces, it’s very low.”

China’s delegate took the floor at the WHO executive board and denounced measures by “some countries” that have denied entry to people holding passports issued in Hubei province—at the center of the outbreak—and to deny visas and cancel flights.

“All these measures are seriously against recommendation by the WHO,” said Li Song, who is China’s ambassador for disarmament at the United Nations in Geneva.

Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying accused the US of catalyzing public fear surrounding the coronavirus through its evacuations of US citizens from China and ban on Chinese travelers to the country.

Oddly enough Trump is too stupid to realize that rapid mass testing is how you actually open back up the economy. He just stubbornly won’t even talk about the subject because he knows he messed up on the onset. Testing is still his best friend and he just cannot accept it.

Death count of 1,314 so far today; higher than what any other nation is reporting for a day for the first time.

More than 1330 reported death today. Beat the last world record by 30%. The whole Trump government should resign at this point.

the hard truth is that even if we focus on testing now , it will still be months . There is simply a shortage of reagents . It takes time to procure new supply and expand capacity . But , of course Donnie isn’t correct here either . He can’t tell a hard truth until enough other people have already acknowledged it and he can say “I told people in the past etc!”

that’s his game and he has people following a game where he’s playing chess and they are winning . To his and their credit , the other side doesn’t and Probably should trust their leadership entirely either . Political and personal reasons almost always get in the way of helping the people .

Interesting how you left out some relevant content

We call on all countries to implement decisions that are evidence-based and consistent,” Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus told the WHO executive board in Geneva, reiterating his message from last week when he declared an international emergency.

Referring to the virus’ spread abroad, Tedros said it was “minimal and slow,” while warning that it could worsen.

We are here because the orange idiot failed to take the necessary steps to keep the virus contained

China Pushes for Quiet Burials Amid Questioning Over Death Toll

His terms "evidence based" were a criticism of Trump travel ban. That entire pony show was a chinese campaign against the ban. What part did I leave out?

The head of the World Health Organization said on Monday there was no need for measures that “unnecessarily interfere with international travel and trade” in trying to halt the spread of a coronavirus that has killed 361 people in China, and he lauded China’s efforts to contain it.

We call on all countries to implement decisions that are evidence-based and consistent,” Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus told the WHO executive board in Geneva

A fair criticism cos the Trump travel ban was useless, or how well has it worked out for us?

All we have to show today for his stupid travel ban is almost 300k +ve and almost 10k deaths (both known highest in the world), with the numbers still climbing.

Now he expects us to feel good when 200k people die cos of his incompetence and some you would probably be at the ready to defend him, provide excuses, and blame others.
