I agree there is “nothing usual” in those pics. I have a daughter that I’m watching grow up and every day I try to set an example of how she’s to expect men to treat her and especially how to touch her. I wouid never in a million years contemplate saying the things Trump has said about Ivanka about my little girl. NEVER. I can’t imagine anyone with a daughter saying those things. The groping is a whole other thing mostly he’s doing it for the camera which makes it look like he’s doing it to flaunt his own daughter. He’s not caught with his arm around his daughter at a movie or something. It’s flaunting his own girl imo which is also sick and disturbing.
Biden doesn't really give a **** at this point. He's been in Senate leadership and the Vice Presidency, basically accomplishing just about everything a career politician could hope for; and half the people accusing him of stuff weren't alive or active for half of his career. Baby-kissing and glad-handing have always been a big part of whistle-stop campaigning and probably had a lot less constraints when he started. Kids were never and adult females weren't always contemporaries or equals so there was a lot of condescension and playfulness that might have seemed like a good social tactic at the time. In fact a lot of these women are probably less uncomfortable about sexual predation than about the perceived lack of respect from someone whose age now makes them an outsider. I wouldn't be surprised if, in a private sector work environment, a lot of these women would make a lot of performance review comments about minority or older male colleague's "attitude."
