I started a thread to show how the administration absolutely botched COVID response, but a quick glance at the data, I'm not so sure and thought I would share:

    Australia: Q2 GDP -7.0 COVID/Mil. 1,078 Deaths/Mil. 35 Tests/Mil. 344,660
    Canada: Q2 GDP -11.5 COVID/Mil. 6,257 Deaths/Mil. 269 Tests/Mil. 257,655
    France: Q2 GDP -13.8 COVID/Mil. 21,645 Deaths/Mil. 567 Tests/Mil. 249,592
    Germany: Q2 GDP -9.8 COVID/Mil. 6,490 Deaths/Mil. 127 Tests/Mil. 260,900
    Italy: Q2 GDP -13.0 COVID/Mil. 11,738 Deaths/Mil. 642 Tests/Mil. 264,232
    UK: Q2 GDP -19.8 COVID/Mil. 15,218 Deaths/Mil. 687 Tests/Mil. 492,161
    US: Q2 GDP -9.0 COVID/Mil. 28,565 Deaths/Mil. 713 Tests/Mil. 437,309

    Sweden: Q2 GDP -8.6 COVID/Mil. 12,287 Deaths/Mil. 587 Tests/Mil. 221,576 (for ***** and giggles since they refused to lock down)

If anything, it shows Boris Johnson aka Little Trump royally screwed the pooch. But then again, US GDP was inflated by a shitload of money being printed, else we would be roughly down 20 as well.
